Simon and General Growth Confirm Aeropostale Acquisition
Mall landlords Simon Property Group SPG and General Growth Properties GGP together with brand development company Authentic Brands Group (ABG) announced that the acquisition of the apparel and accessories brand, Aeropostale, has been finalized.
